1. Acceptance and Service Provider
By accessing this website, placing an order, paying fees, or beginning to use OakVPS Cloud Mac, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the service conditions stated in your order. If you act for a team or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
The service is provided by the platform’s operating entity. Order records, service status, billing, and support communications together form the verifiable record of the service relationship. If the model, location, term, or add-ons in your order differ from the general description, the confirmed order details prevail.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not place an order or use the service. If you have questions, contact us through the published channels before deciding whether to purchase.
2. Service Description
OakVPS provides Apple Silicon Cloud Mac instances for development work. Each valid rental corresponds to a dedicated physical machine on a physical node, not a virtual machine. Available capabilities include the macOS graphical interface, command-line access, remote connections, and the hardware resources listed in the order.
Only three configurations are available: Basic includes M4, 16GB, and 256GB; Advanced includes M4, 24GB, and 512GB; High Memory includes M4 Pro, 64GB, and 2TB. The specific chip, memory, storage, location, and add-ons are set out on the order confirmation page.
The service supports lawful workloads such as iOS and macOS builds, CI/CD automation, remote development, and MLX experiments. You are responsible for determining whether software versions, dependencies, licenses, memory, and storage meet your project requirements. OakVPS does not guarantee results for any particular project.
3. Orders and Rental Periods
You can choose a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly rental period and review the model, location, term, and add-ons before placing your order. An order is formed only after the system confirms payment and returns a valid status. Actual availability is determined by the real-time status shown in the console.
The rental period begins at the service start time shown in the order. Before expiration, you should review your renewal needs, export your work, and handle data on the device. Continued use requires completing the applicable steps provided in the console.
Order creation, status checks, renewals, billing, and instance management are handled through the console. Marketing pages provide service and plan information only and do not replace the order confirmation record.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Before paying, review the base configuration, rental period, storage add-ons, Thunderbolt 5 parallel connection option, and total amount due in the order.
OakVPS supports only USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard, and Amex processed by Stripe. Available payment gateways are determined by the console, and the marketing site does not directly collect or store complete card credentials.
If payment status has not yet been confirmed due to a network issue, payment gateway issue, or user input, rely on the order status in the console to avoid duplicate payment. For payment verification, submit the order identifier and redacted transaction details through a console ticket.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious-code distribution, unauthorized access, credential theft, resource abuse, or technical-limit circumvention activities. You may not interfere with other users, networks, physical nodes, or related infrastructure.
Without explicit authorization, you may not scan, test, attack, or attempt to obtain access to other accounts, devices, service interfaces, or network resources. Automated tasks must use reasonable concurrency, retry, and logging settings to prevent abnormal loops from continuously consuming resources.
When the system detects conduct that may create a real-world security risk or damage infrastructure, OakVPS may take necessary measures, including restricting access, isolating tasks, or suspending related services. Verifiable handling information will be retained in the console.
6. Account and Credential Responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting account login details, SSH keys, signing certificates, access tokens, repository credentials, and team-member permissions. Credentials should be provided only to people with a genuine work need and protected with access controls appropriate to the project risk.
We recommend using a unique strong password and key-based authentication, verifying host fingerprints, limiting credential lifetimes, and promptly revoking access when a member leaves the team, a device is lost, or access is no longer needed. Do not submit private keys, certificate passwords, or complete payment credentials in public tickets, web forms, or unprotected logs.
Actions performed through a valid account or authorized key are generally treated as user actions. If you discover unusual access, immediately end the relevant sessions, rotate potentially exposed credentials, and submit a console ticket containing the time, location, and redacted evidence.
7. Data and Backups
You are responsible for managing code, models, certificates, dependency caches, logs, build artifacts, and other project data that you upload or generate. Based on the sensitivity of the project, you should choose appropriate encryption, access controls, version management, and backup methods.
During the rental period, regularly verify available disk space, artifact directories, and backup results. Before the rental ends, export the data you need and remove sensitive information. Cloud Mac should not be treated as the sole long-term copy of your project data.
If you need to submit logs for troubleshooting, first remove keys, tokens, personal information, and project secrets. For principles governing further processing of device and project data, please see thePrivacy Policy.
8. Service Changes and Interruptions
Physical nodes are designed to operate normally 365 days a year. Service may still be affected by events beyond reasonable control, network or payment-dependency failures, hardware faults, security response, urgent technical action, or your own operations.
To protect accounts, data, and infrastructure, OakVPS may, where necessary, adjust connection methods, restrict high-risk operations, isolate affected tasks, or require you to update credentials. These measures are intended to reduce risk and restore availability.
Console notifications are the primary source for service status, order changes, and actions required from you. Keep your contact information available and, when reporting an issue, provide the order identifier, location, time of occurrence, reproduction steps, and redacted logs.
9. Liability and Disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party is responsible for accounts, credentials, software configuration, data processing, and operational decisions within its control. You should reduce the impact of development interruptions through reproducible environments, version control, backups, and artifact verification.
When submitting a service-related request, provide the order identifier, event timeline, scope of impact, and redacted evidence needed for support to assess the issue within a reasonable time. The parties should first verify and discuss the matter through a console ticket or support@oakvps.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform’s operating entity is located. Disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion must be submitted to a competent court in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The affected provision will be interpreted, to the extent permitted, in the manner closest to its original intent.
10. Updates and Contact
This version takes effect on September 1, 2026. OakVPS may update these terms based on service processes, legal requirements, or security practices, and will display the new version and effective date on this page.
Updates that materially affect user rights or obligations will be prominently announced on the website or in the console. Continuing to place orders or use the service after an update takes effect means that you accept the updated terms.
For questions about these terms, email support@oakvps.com. For existing orders, payment verification, or instance status, sign in to theconsole to submit a ticketand include the order identifier and any necessary redacted information.
